If you haven’t caught on by now, my name is Amanda Sette-Monroe. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and avid lover of all things fitness and health. My own personal fitness journey and becoming a social media influencer both inspired me to get certified as a personal trainer so I could help others reach their goals, too.
