The main difference boils down to the level of personalization and direct coaching you receive.
1:1 clients receive the most personalization as their programs are designed for them based on their specific goals, needs, preferences, situation, etc. Their programs can be adjusted at any time for any reason. 1:1 clients also have the ability to book 1:1 video calls or phone calls with me at any time.
Bootcamp members follow a group program that is not personalized on an individual level. We have group video calls rather than 1:1 video calls.
The membership is a collection of workouts, meaning the workouts are not in a specific order or program. Members get to create their own workout splits using the workout collection. Members can private message me via the app at any time for support.

The cost of a 1:1 training program depends on the amount of time you wish to be a client. Program options range from 6 weeks to a year and prices range from $70-$80 a week. You will be sent exact pricing for all packages in your application response.

Yes I do! I offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and half now half later payment plans. For weekly and bi-weekly payment plans, a deposit of 25% of the total package price is due by the start of your program.

No! I can create a program for you based on the equipment you have available to you, whether that be an apartment gym or a home set up. I always recommend at-home clients to have at least one or two pairs of dumbbells (different weights) and a set of resistance bands (varying levels of resistance) for the best results.
