  • A program completely personalized to you, your goals, your preferences, your equipment availability, and your schedule

  • Access to private app where you'll find the workout program (with video demos), progress tracking, & habit tracking

  • Daily support via private messaging on private app

  • Adjustments to workout program at any time when needed

  • Macro consultation + recipe files (not meal plans or guided nutritional services, just recommendations and inspiration-optional)

  • Weekly journal prompts to maintain healthy relationship with fitness, boost motivation, grow confidence, shadow work, etc

  • Weekly check ins via private messaging and/or Zoom/phone

  • Payment plans available: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and half now half later.
