Meet your coach, Amanda

Hi there! Fitness has been such a strong passion of mine for a long time. I first found fitness in college when I gained the freshmen 15 and wanted to find a way to feel better about myself again. But what I soon discovered was that fitness was so much more than a way to change my body and it provided me with profound mental health benefits. It has gotten me through some of the hardest times of my life and has given me a healthy outlet when I needed it most. That’s what led me to become a coach and help others create a beautiful relationship with exercise, food, wellness, and themselves.

I have been a certified personal trainer through NASM for 6 years. I have helped thousands of women transform their bodies, skyrocket their confidence, and make complete mindset shifts that have entirely changed their lives. I absolutely love what I do and I am always so grateful to be a part of someone’s fitness journey in any capacity.
