“I was so happy with the program. I feel like both Amanda and I were learning about training/new techniques the whole time and the changes made were always for the better. I have learned so much about a training program, body stats, nutrition, self-care and journaling. I absolutely loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat. My favorite part of the program was the Zoom calls and the newer challenging workouts. As much as a daily message is nice, having the Zoom call option to talk about workouts, nutrition and journaling was amazing. Having someone like amanda as a coach, motivator and supporter was the best. I don’t have a least favorite part but I personally wish I started Zoom calls sooner during my program. I absolutely loved the program and i’ve learned so much from it.”

Wins: “205lb for back squat, 300lb for hip thrust, 80lb for shoulder press, I can bicep curl 30lbs each arm and I can run a mile in under 8 minutes. I also lost almost 30lbs since I started with my program and gained so much muscle. Those are just to name a few physical ones! In a year of working with Amanda, my mental and emotional growth has been exponential. I’m a whole new person who works on healthy habits, self-care and being a better human everyday. There have been so many wins during my experience and i’m forever grateful for them."

Madison is absolutely KILLING it and she’s only been training for 6 weeks (out of 8 months) here!

“Six weeks of hard work. I’m 15 pounds down from my starting weight in January, and 40 pounds down from my heaviest. A few summers ago I got to 60 pounds down and I’m quickly getting back to that goal! I’m down to a size 16 for the first time in 6 years! I’m working so hard to get to the goals I’ve set for myself and I’m so proud. Amanda blesses me with all of my workouts, go check her out! She’s SO amazing and such a driving force in my journey.”

“I’d say one of the biggest changes is keeping numerical records/goals has helped a ton. I used to worry keeping exact numbers would be too stressful but whether it’s body measurements or rep/weight count, it just helps me see progress more that I may have missed and also keeps me motivated to push myself to do more weight/reps than before. Even with eating too, tracking my macros has made me realize just how MUCH I can actually eat and still be at 2000 cal a day, while getting all the nutrients I need.

I also focused on visual progress too much before training, I was really only concerned with making my waist look as slim as possible (which made me overdo cardio) and not lift weights much, but now that I’m tracking reps/weights/body measurements I’m personally so much more focused on building strength and looking strong than just trying to get a small waist.

And I’ve mentioned before I’m just focused on my body as a whole now and giving attention to my upper body than instead of only my lower body.

I feel tracking weights and reps has also helped me give myself realistic expectations, I can focus on just adding a couple pounds/reps to an exercise rather than thinking about how much other people can lift or I wish I could lift.

Lastly, I noticed before for me to “relax” I had to be binging on food (mostly chips) and didn’t really have a sense of moderation. I’d either be giving it my all to eat healthy/as little as possible or binging on unhealthy foods. I didn’t really have an in between, but I’ve definitely found a really healthy balance of eating healthy with treats in moderation. It’s also helped me be able to put my mind towards activities to educate/better myself when I relax instead of feeling the need to binge. I never really thought having a personal trainer would help me in this many ways added onto physical shape, and I just can’t thank you enough for all your help 💕😢🥰 it really has been a total lifestyle/habits change, and all the progress I make from here on out I’ll owe thanks to you!!! 🖤 I never would have done this or made these changes otherwise”

Amanda provides such sacred and safe space, she truly embodies unconditional support and encouragement. With her guidance I was able to meet new PR’s even from working out at home! I absolutely loved this program. It felt like with each week I could notice myself getting stronger and I can definitely tell I’ve built some muscle. It was the perfect jump start I needed, and to be honest, it made me feel more comfortable doing certain workouts in the gym (for some reason, I always had gym anxiety when it came to stuff like hip thrusts but now I know how much progress I’m getting with them, and I’m so much more comfortable)
