BOOTCAMP INCLUDES:
8 weeks of workouts (4 weeks for mini sessions), 5 assigned sessions per week, personalized to your goal (weight loss/muscle growth/body recomp) + exercise location (gym or home)

Dumbbells & bands*
* The minimum equipment requirement is at least 1 set of dumbbells (any weight) and resistance bands (with handle attachments)
Upon fulfillment of invoice, all members will have the following:
Fitness questionnaire (ATTACHED to the INVOICE)
Private app invite (will come the day before the start date)
Payment of the bootcamp fee secures your spot, not just filling out this form. Once you fill out this form you will be sent an invoice, once that’s paid your spot will be secure. Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis!
