8 WEEK SUNFLOWER BOOTCAMP

8 WEEK SUNFLOWER BOOTCAMP INCLUDES:

  • 8 weeks of workouts personalized to your goal (weight loss or muscle growth)

  • Macro suggestions

  • Daily motivation and accountability from me + the group

  • Access to private app where workout plans will be delivered and group check-ins happen

  • Weekly check-ins

  • One time fee of $150

There will be one master workout plan (gym-based) that everyone will be completing. The plan can be tweaked to fit your personal goals and preferences, which is what the fitness questionnaire will determine.

There will be 30 spots available, once all 30 spots are filled the enrollment period will end. There will be a running waiting list for the next bootcamp for those who wanted to join but didn't get in this round.

Once all spots are filled, all members will be emailed the following:

  • Fitness questionnaire

  • Prep guide

  • Private app invite

Payment of the bootcamp fee secures your spot, not just filling out this form. Once you fill out this form you will be sent an invoice to your PayPal for the fee, once that’s paid your spot will be secure. Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis!

Amanda’s bootcamp helped me in more ways than I can explain. She didn’t just adapt to my needs but she also pushed me and motivated me to conquer my goals. She incorporated a variety of workouts and it was never exactly the same each week. She would check in every single week to see how we were all doing and she would see if we wanted any changes to our workout routine. I am so happy that I enrolled in her bootcamp. It helped me start my personal fitness journey, pushed me past any gym anxiety and helped my confidence grow. I recommend this bootcamp to anyone who is even slightly interested. The price is BEYOND reasonable for the amount of work she puts into everything. I also recommend this if you’re hesitant about getting a personal trainer because this is like a sample of her work. Long story - short, it’s worth it. She’s incredible.
