The 8 WEEK BOOTCAMP program INCLUDES:

  • 8 weeks of workouts, 5 assigned sessions per week, personalized to your goal (weight loss/muscle growth/body recomp) + exercise location (gym or home)

  • Optional sessions & mobility sessions to customize your program even more

  • Updates to program every session (new workouts, new tempos, new supersets, new splits, etc)

  • Weekly journaling + meditation schedule

  • Access to private app where you’ll find your workout plan, video demonstrations, progress tracking, habit tracking, member group chat, and more

  • Member group chat for daily accountability, support, motivation, inspiration, and cultivating powerful friendships

  • New theme for every session

  • Weekly virtual support sessions (optional to join but highly encouraged) where we celebrate your wins together, provide support + advice for any challenges that came up for you, and answer any questions you may have from that week

THE BODY RECOMP BOOTCAMP, April 22, 2024 - june 15, 2024

In our journal prompts, weekly group messages, and meditations we will be working on:

  • Uncovering hidden blocks, limiting beliefs, and barriers that may be getting in our way + clearing them

  • Integrating new habits and lifestyle shifts that align with our fitness/wellness goals & who we desire to be

  • Laying a solid foundation of self love to allow for loving self discipline and holding ourselves accountable without using guilt as a motivator

  • Harnessing the power of the law of attraction & the law of assumption to get closer to achieving our fitness goals


Program Breakdown:

  • Gym Based: Weight Loss or Weight Gain/Body Recomp

  • Home Based: Weight Loss or Weight Gain/Body Recomp option

    • Dumbbells & bands*

* The minimum equipment requirement is at least 1 set of dumbbells (any weight) and resistance bands (with handle attachments)

Upon fulfillment of invoice, all members will have the following:

  • Fitness questionnaire (ATTACHED to the INVOICE)

  • Private app invite (will come the day before the start date)

Payment of the bootcamp fee secures your spot, not just filling out this form. Once you fill out this form you will be sent an invoice, once that’s paid your spot will be secure. Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis!

When I signed up for Amanda’s bootcamp, I had started working out and weightlifting on my own. I had gotten a routine down but I didn’t know how to do it in a way to focus on achieving my goals. Thanks for having me 2 camps in a row! I hope to continue the mental and physical progress I’ve made over the past 16 weeks. Before starting with you, I never lifted a weight. I honestly have no idea what I was doing for 2 years going to the gym every day lmao I also viewed food in a way worse light. I would eat as little as possible and wonder why I was still “skinny fat.” Now I know that food is fuel and the better/more I eat, the more I’ll actually tone up! I’m still working towards creating some definition and growing my butt, but you’ve given me the tools to get to that point and I’ll thank you forever for that!! Keep preaching that self love and grow all those booties!!

Before I signed on with Amanda’s Sunflower Bootcamp, I was unsure as to what a bootcamp would do for me. I knew how to lift from my time in college, and I biked frequently enough to stay active as well. However, after getting my birth control removed, I went nearly a year struggling to lose any bit of the significant amount of weight that I gained while on it. In 10 months, I had only lost 20 pounds on my own, with the knowledge and habits I had at that time. Amanda’s bootcamp has changed my life. She was able to teach me new exercises and lifts, I set over a hundred personal records consistently, and I lost about 18 pounds under her guidance in the 16 weeks I worked with her. In addition to this, I’m a Registered Nurse who has back pain and had to quarantine while working on a COVID+ unit, and she was more than helpful in adjusting her plan to fit my limitations, whether physical or locational. She got me down to the lowest weight I’ve been at since 2016, and on the right track to continue this trend. But above all the numbers and habits - she instilled a newfound love for exercise as well as a personal confidence and self-love; she even got me to a spot where I felt confident enough to wear a bikini for the first time in my adult life!!! My husband tells me he’s proud of me, my mom is astonished every time she sees me, and I’m able to shop for cute clothes and feel confident in myself again. I absolutely love to lift now, and I’m happily there for at least two hours at a time working with all the tools and tips she’s given me. I don’t believe you could find a better deal than what she has - seriously, $150 flat for 8 weeks of 4 workouts a week comes to less than $5 a workout, with free macro suggestions, guidance from her and motivation from her and the group is going to be tough to beat and it’s worth every damn penny. Whether you are like me and know how to lift but need a little guidance to get past a hump/find a renewed motivation, or if this is going to be your first time figuring out things, I highly recommend inviting Amanda Sette along on your fitness journey.

Amanda’s bootcamp helped me in more ways than I can explain. She didn’t just adapt to my needs but she also pushed me and motivated me to conquer my goals. She incorporated a variety of workouts and it was never exactly the same each week. She would check in every single week to see how we were all doing and she would see if we wanted any changes to our workout routine. I am so happy that I enrolled in her bootcamp. It helped me start my personal fitness journey, pushed me past any gym anxiety and helped my confidence grow. I have been lifting weights for years, and while I did my best to mix it up I always ended up plateauing because I didn’t really know for sure what works for my body. Amanda’s bootcamp really changed that for me. First of all, it is extremely affordable for such an in depth program where you can message your trainer any time you want AND have a built in support system to cheer you on. Amanda made it so easy for me by showing me what exercises I should be doing and helping me understand how to use my food as fuel to reach my goals. While this program truly did help me achieve some of my physical goals, it also helped me take a step back and look at how my mental health is affected by exercise and vice versa. This bootcamp comes equipped with a group of badass women who want to empower each other to reach their goals, whatever they might be. Amanda puts herself in your shoes for 8 whole weeks. Do you know what it’s like to do that for a stranger? I’m sure you don’t. Her passion for her job is beautiful. She encourages you to not make the 8 weeks an end goal but a start for better lifestyle habits. I myself am also vegan and Amanda helped me understand the importance of high protein even though we don’t consume meat. I really enjoyed Amanda’s 8 week bootcamp! I thought her workouts were perfect because they were challenging, yet not too hard that I felt discouraged early on. I felt confident in Week 1 to go to areas of the gym I’ve never been in and use equipment I’ve never used before. By Week 3 I had already begun to see results, felt more confident in the gym, and was receiving compliments from my family! Even when the gyms closed due to COVID-19, Amanda was flexible and worked with us to continue our bootcamp journey at home with home based workouts.
