8 weeks of workouts, 5 assigned sessions per week, personalized to your goal (weight loss/muscle growth/body recomp) + exercise location (gym or home)
Optional sessions & mobility sessions to customize your program even more
Updates to program every session (new workouts, new tempos, new supersets, new splits, etc)
Weekly journaling + meditation schedule
Access to private app where you’ll find your workout plan, video demonstrations, progress tracking, habit tracking, member group chat, and more
Member group chat for daily accountability, support, motivation, inspiration, and cultivating powerful friendships
New theme for every session
Weekly virtual support sessions (optional to join but highly encouraged) where we celebrate your wins together, provide support + advice for any challenges that came up for you, and answer any questions you may have from that week
Weekly group chat check-ins
Private messaging with me for questions, form checks, celebrating wins, etc.
One 1:1 Zoom meeting with me to chat about your goals, progress, habit building, routine development, nutrition/macros, etc.

THE BODY RECOMP BOOTCAMP, April 22, 2024 - june 15, 2024
In our journal prompts, weekly group messages, and meditations we will be working on:
Uncovering hidden blocks, limiting beliefs, and barriers that may be getting in our way + clearing them
Integrating new habits and lifestyle shifts that align with our fitness/wellness goals & who we desire to be
Laying a solid foundation of self love to allow for loving self discipline and holding ourselves accountable without using guilt as a motivator
Harnessing the power of the law of attraction & the law of assumption to get closer to achieving our fitness goals
Program Breakdown:
Gym Based: Weight Loss or Weight Gain/Body Recomp
Home Based: Weight Loss or Weight Gain/Body Recomp option
Dumbbells & bands*
* The minimum equipment requirement is at least 1 set of dumbbells (any weight) and resistance bands (with handle attachments)
Upon fulfillment of invoice, all members will have the following:
Fitness questionnaire (ATTACHED to the INVOICE)
Private app invite (will come the day before the start date)
Payment of the bootcamp fee secures your spot, not just filling out this form. Once you fill out this form you will be sent an invoice, once that’s paid your spot will be secure. Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis!
