Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
Frozen banana
Frozen mango
Frozen strawberries
1 tsp vegan collagen powder (optional)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup oats
Almond milk
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if you need to.
Pour smoothie into bowl and top with desired toppings! Pictured: coconut yogurt, frozen berries, and peanut butter.
