Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Frozen banana

  • Frozen mango

  • Frozen strawberries

  • 1 tsp vegan collagen powder (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • Almond milk

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if you need to.

  2. Pour smoothie into bowl and top with desired toppings! Pictured: coconut yogurt, frozen berries, and peanut butter.

  3. Enjoy! :)
