Maca Caramel Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Frozen banana

  • Frozen mango

  • 4-5 dates

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp maca powder

  • 1 tsp vegan collagen powder (*optional)

  • Combination of almond milk and canned coconut milk (or can do just one milk)

  • Toppings of choice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients (besides toppings) in high speed blender until creamy.

  2. Pour smoothie into bowl and add desired toppings! Pictured: shredded coconut, goji berries, chia seeds, and almond butter
